Warning of delay penalties

Greetings,

With reference to contract RC/⁦2024/006 for the Training⁩ & Employment Centre complex, and to the supervising consultant’s ⁦September report showing the structural works 96 days behind the approved programme⁩, ⁦the chamber will apply delay penalties under clause 72 of the contract⁩’s general conditions from the next payment certificate.

Please submit a revised programme and an acceleration plan within ten days.
