My Business Portal 2.0 — the Unified Member Journey

⁦1⁩. Purpose

Bring the chamber’s ⁦member e-services into My Business Portal 2⁩.⁦0⁩ as one journey — from membership, renewal and transfer to e-attestation, the certificate of origin, document verification and appointment booking — connected to Nafath, commercial-register data through the Government Service Bus, ⁦SADAD fees and Dynamics 365⁩, cutting request turnaround and the cost of every transaction — delivering the strategic objective “high-quality, value-adding digital core services for members”.

⁦2⁩. Objectives

  • ⁦Bring 68 member e-services into the My Business portal in one journey⁩
  • ⁦Cut the average time for membership and attestation requests that need checking from 21 days to 5⁩
  • ⁦Lift member satisfaction with digital services to 88%⁩
  • ⁦Reduce cost per transaction by 60%⁩

⁦3⁩. Scope

  • A unified My Business portal in the Riyadh Chamber identity, meeting accessibility standards, with the membership-fee calculator
  • Single sign-on through Nafath; commercial-register data and SADAD fee payment through the Government Service Bus
  • A configurable, no-code request workflow and forms engine
  • Migration of memberships, open requests and business records from the current My Business portal
  • ⁦Change management and training for 420 chamber and branch staff⁩

Out of scope

  • Re-engineering procedures that would need changes to the Chambers of Commerce Law or its bylaws
  • The «⁦Member 360⁩» CRM (⁦separate project PRJ-2026-011⁩)

⁦4⁩. Success criteria

  • ⁦68 e-services live on the platform at close⁩
  • ⁦99.9% availability in the first six months⁩
  • Penetration test passed with no critical or high findings
  • ⁦70% of walk-in requests at HQ and the branches moved online within 12 months⁩

⁦5⁩. Assumptions & constraints
