2Justification
The problem or need
Once complete, the Training & Employment Centre complex will be short of an estimated 900 parking spaces on job-fair and event days, so trainees and visitors arrive late.
Today
Parking occupancy at the current headquarters is 118% at peak, and 25% of late arrivals at in-person programmes are down to looking for a space.
3Objectives
- Smart multi-storey car parks under a build-operate-transfer partnership with a private operator that bring the chamber non-membership revenue.
Strategic objectives served
- SO-1.1 — Greater influence on government decision-making
- SO-2.2 — A better member experience and service quality
4Expected benefits

| Revenue | An estimated SAR 300K a year in concession revenue |
