Request for direct payment to subcontractors

As United Buildings & Operations Co. has failed to pay its subcontractors on the conversion of the chamber’s current headquarters into a member services centre, halting the supply of the committee-room wing’s central air-conditioning units, the PMO proposes paying the approved amounts directly to the subcontractors from this month’s certificate, deducted from the main contractor’s dues.

We ask for direction within a week so the delay does not pass the critical threshold.
