With reference to contract RC/⁦2024/003⁩, ⁦progress has fallen to 68% against 92% planned and the supply of the committee-room wing⁩’s central air-conditioning units has stopped. This letter is formal notice of default under the contract.

Submit a corrective plan approved by your senior management within fourteen days, failing which the chamber will act as the contract allows, including withdrawing the work.
