What the requester wrote on the intake form

Problem
The sectoral committees send their recommendations to government bodies in scattered letters, and neither the chamber nor the committee members know what was adopted and what is still waiting for a reply.
Current state
70% of recommendations raised have no known outcome after six months, and no indicators on adoption rate or reply time are published.
Objective
One tracker for sectoral-committee recommendations that follows each one from drafting to the body’s reply, feeding the adopted-recommendations KPI and the Business Observatory.
Expected scope
Recording recommendations against the committee and sector, following the reply with the body, dashboards for committee members and the board, and integration with the Business Observatory and the correspondence system.

Expected benefits

Time & speed

The outcome of every recommendation known within a week instead of six months

Productivity
