37 principal and 26 sub-committees with 886 members are how the chamber hears businesses; the Challenges Centre turns a single complaint into a case resolved with the body concerned.
The objective’s weakest KPI, “Business challenges resolved through the Challenges Centre”, is at 68% of its target, and its heaviest project, “Converting the Current Headquarters into a Member Services Centre & Committee Rooms”, is Critical. Fixing that one path lifts the objective more than any other action.
